A Little About Us...
This end terrace Grade 1 listed Victorian dwelling has been rescued from the brink of dereliction and transformed by Elite Company into a myriad of stylish rooms unlike any others. Where possible the elegant Victorian features have been restored and thus preserved. Chandeliers, wood panelling and gold mirrors give a luxurious aspect. The owners have scoured Belfast to add objects of curiosity and interest to individualise the rooms. If you are bored by staying in anonymous boxes, soulessly uniform and want to experience Belfast in style and comfort then this is your opportunity. There are 10 bedrooms with high ceilings, large en-suites and plenty of natural light. There is also the “Maid’s Suite” in the attic which has a small kitchen and living area.
The Warren is located in the Queen’s University area and on the cusp of the Golden Mile where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The rooms have views of Sandy Row (birth place of Alex “Hurricane” Higgins), Cave Hill Belfast’s iconic ‘mountain’ and in the distance the majestic Stormont Government buildings (for political reasons currently unoccupied). There is a large stylish kitchen with facilities and provisions for breakfast. You can also use all facilities if you want to cook in the evening, or prepare a pack lunch for a day on the go. This is a great place to mix with other guests and share tourist tips. Alternatively you can cocoon yourself with a cuppa in your luxury room.
Our Luxury Rooms
We offer 10 stylish bedrooms with high ceilings, large en-suites and plenty of natural light as well as a self contained loft apartment. The “Maid’s Suite” in the attic which has a small kitchen and living area.
Each room has tea and coffee facilities, stylish decoration, guest book and guide to the city, hair dryer, towels, soap and shampoo, as well as access to the fully furnished kitchen and lounge on the ground floor shared by all guests.
We have a help yourself breakfast on offer in the mornings as well.
Things To Note Before You Stay
We provide an on site parking space for all our rooms. As we are located in a historic building we DO NOT have lift facilities. However if you will be needing help with your luggage during your stay you can contact us before your stay and we'll be there to lend a hand.
We do not host stag/hen do's or big parties. If you are a group who wish to book with us please contact us directly.
